Connect your Meta business account
Authorization happens on Meta’s own consent screen. Review what will be requested, then continue to Meta to choose exactly which business assets Homa may access.
Before you continue
You will be redirected to Meta
Selecting Continue sends you to a Meta-hosted authorization screen. The request is built on our server, so the requested permissions cannot be altered in your browser.
Homa never receives your Meta password
You sign in directly with Meta. Homa Meta Platform never asks for, sees or stores your Meta password or two-factor codes, and never renders a Meta login form.
You choose which assets to authorize
On Meta’s screen you select the specific Pages, Instagram professional accounts and WhatsApp Business assets to include. Anything you leave unselected stays unavailable to Homa.
You can revoke access at any time
Access can be withdrawn from inside Homa CRM or from your Meta account settings. Revoking stops further access immediately.
Some permissions require Meta App Review
Certain capabilities are only granted after Meta reviews and approves the use case. Until then, related features may be unavailable even after you authorize them.
You need sufficient administrative access
You must hold an admin or equivalent role on the relevant Page, Instagram professional account, WhatsApp Business Account or Business Portfolio. Without it, Meta will not offer the asset for selection.
What may be requested
The groups below describe the categories of access the platform may request, in plain language. The exact permission set shown on Meta’s consent screen depends on the features you use, your account type and the current approval status of the Homa Meta app.
- Read professional account profile information
- Manage authorized messages
- Read and manage authorized comments
- Access eligible media and insights
Requires an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator) that you administer.
- Read authorized Page information
- Manage eligible Page interactions
- Access approved messaging features
Requires an admin or equivalent role on the Pages you select.
- Manage authorized WhatsApp Business assets
- Send and receive approved business messages
- Manage eligible phone number and template information
Requires an eligible WhatsApp Business Account with a registered phone number.
Confirm and continue
Both confirmations are required before the authorization flow can start. Continue is disabled until you accept them.
