1. Acceptance of terms
By connecting a Meta business asset to Homa Meta Platform, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, do not complete an authorization and do not use the service. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Definitions
- Service
- Homa Meta Platform, the integration layer described on this website.
- Homa CRM
- Homa CRM, the customer relationship management product the service connects to.

3. Description of the service
The service connects authorized Meta business assets to Homa CRM so that messages, comments and related activity can be managed from a single workspace. It performs authorization, token management, event ingestion and synchronization.
The service does not provide the Meta platforms themselves and does not control their behavior, availability or policies.
4. Independence from Meta
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. They are used only to describe compatibility.
5. Eligibility
- You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- You must use the service for business purposes.
- You must have the authority to authorize the business assets you connect.
- You must not be barred from using the service or the Meta platforms under applicable law or platform policy.
6. Account responsibilities

- Keep credentials confidential and do not share them.
- Enable the strongest authentication available on your Meta account.
- Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Keep the list of authorized business assets accurate and current.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with Meta platform policies.
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
- Do not use it to harass, deceive, defraud or impersonate.
- Do not use it to process data you have no lawful basis to process.
- Do not attempt to circumvent Meta rate limits, permission scopes or messaging policies.
- Do not probe, scan or attempt to breach the security of the service.

- Accessing accounts, data or tenants that do not belong to you.
- Using automated means to overload the service or the Meta APIs it calls.
- Removing, obscuring or falsifying attribution, trademark or legal notices.
10. Third-party platform dependencies
The service depends on Meta APIs and on other third-party infrastructure. Their behavior, availability, permission models, rate limits and policies are set by their operators and may change without notice.
11. Compliance with Meta terms
Your use of the Meta platforms remains governed by Meta’s own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them, including any policies specific to messaging, commerce or data use. Nothing in these terms overrides your obligations to Meta.
12. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you authorize the service to process. The service processes it to provide the integration you configured, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you make available to the service.
- You are responsible for informing your own contacts where your local law requires it.
- You may request deletion of stored integration data at any time.
13. Privacy
The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and describes how data received through Meta authorization is processed, retained and secured. Read it before authorizing any business asset.
14. Security
The service applies layered technical measures intended to protect the data it processes, including transport encryption, encryption of stored tokens, least-privilege permission requests, tenant isolation and webhook signature verification. No system is completely secure and no absolute guarantee of security is given.
15. Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. No specific uptime level is committed in these terms unless a separate written agreement provides one.
- Planned maintenance may temporarily interrupt the service.
- Interruptions may be caused by third-party providers, including Meta.
- Interruptions outside the service’s control are not a breach of these terms.
16. Modifications to the service
The service may be changed, extended or reduced over time, including in response to changes in Meta platform capabilities. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, notice will be given where reasonably practicable.
17. Fees
Any fees for the service, or for the Homa CRM subscription it forms part of, are set out in the commercial agreement or order that applies to you. These terms do not themselves set pricing.
18. Intellectual property
The service, its software, design and documentation are the property of Fanavaran Negin Shahre Novin or its licensors. These terms grant no rights in that intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as permitted here.
19. Trademarks
Third-party names and logos, including those of Meta and its platforms, are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility. No endorsement is implied.
20. Feedback
If you submit suggestions or feedback about the service, they may be used to improve it without obligation of confidentiality, attribution or compensation. Do not include confidential information in feedback.
21. Disclaimer of warranties
No warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will remain compatible with any third-party platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
22. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or relating to the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. The extent to which liability may be limited varies by jurisdiction.
23. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fanavaran Negin Shahre Novin against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, your breach of Meta platform policies, or your lack of a lawful basis for data you made available to the service.
24. Suspension
Access may be suspended where necessary to protect the service, its other customers or third parties.
- Suspected unauthorized access or account compromise.
- Conduct that breaches these terms or Meta platform policies.
- Activity that threatens the security, integrity or availability of the service.
- A legal requirement to suspend access.
25. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by revoking authorization and disconnecting your business assets. The service may be terminated in accordance with the commercial agreement that applies to you, or where these terms are materially breached.
26. Effect of termination
- Access to the integration ends and API calls on your behalf stop.
- Stored tokens are revoked and removed.
- Data is deleted or retained in line with the Privacy Policy and any legal retention requirement.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
27. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operating company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law grants you rights that cannot be overridden.
28. Dispute resolution
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct discussion. Raise a dispute in writing to support@homacrm.com, describing the issue and the outcome sought.
29. General provisions
- Severability: if a provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.

- Entire agreement: these terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable commercial agreement, form the entire agreement on this subject.
